Heartwork for Session 4: Holding the spirit of Jeremiah 6.16, reflect on what your crossroads looks like at this juncture of your life. The Spirit is certainly always at work and inviting each of us to new transformation. These invitations are sometimes inviting and sometimes not. They can be quite puzzling at times, and often challenging -- a crossroads. Bring an 'image' to our next session that represents in some fashion where you are at in your journey. In other words, if you were to imagine your faith journey as being at a crossroads at the moment, how would you picture it? What image would you ascribe to it? The image could be a photograph, an object of any kind, a Scripture reference that speaks strongly to you, or whatever image you choose. Creativity is welcome! You may wish to journal as to why you chose the image you did, and why it is meaningful to you. We will share these images and more about the crossroads that we might be experiencing when we meet next time. Session 4, Oct 27: Standing at the Crossroads, Jeremiah 6.16 Heartwork for Session 3: Reading Is that you God?: Cultivating Discernment as a Way of Life, by Lois Lindbloom (Our deepest appreciation to Lois Lindbloom and the Shalem Institute for their generosity in giving us permission for use of this booklet.
